SAFETY INSPECTION AUDITS
Keeping your Racking installation in good working condition is essential for safe operation and a long life.
A safety audit is a good way to keep your racking safe and compliant with Australian OH&S Standards.
Australian Standards recommends annual inspections of all racking types.
How safe is your warehouse?
The law requires you to regularly inspect every rack, to be aware of all damage and wear and tear and understand their impact on the tolerance ratings of the racking.
The team at David Hill are working everyday to guide businesses towards more efficient, legally compliant and safer warehouses.
Our Warehouse Racking Audits and Repair Service delivers you regular inspections, damage assessment, tolerance ratings, signage compliance checks, frame exposure reviews and a full documentation audit to ensure full compliance with any regulatory authority or insurer - giving you peace of mind and the freedom to do what you do best.
Your obligations under Australian Standards:

-
Safe Working Load Signs must be displayed
-
As built design drawings should be available at all times
-
Frames exposed to possible impact must have protection

All sites should have a damage reporting procedure in place supported by Documentation showing inspection history and corrective action
